Haylee Williamson
Closed first transaction within three months of joining Northmarq
Developed and implemented real-time deal-tracking system for the office
Haylee Williamson is a vice president of debt + equity, where she handles the origination of all areas of loans out of Northmarq’s Austin office. She has a niche understanding and focuses on affordable housing and commercial lending. As part of Northmarq’s associate producers’ program, she focuses on learning the ins and outs of building and supporting a book of business. When Williamson joined Northmarq in 2023, she closed her first transaction within three months.
Williamson also took on the responsibility of office management and coordinating corporate volunteer outings. She developed and implemented a new deal-tracking system for her team, using a dynamic process focused on real-time updates for better collaboration. She is always focused on the team’s well-being and continuously boosts team morale.
Williamson is active with Hope Austin, providing food for underserved children on weekends and holidays.
