Notable deals include closing a 110,000-square-foot, $15 million lease

Chris Rogers is an executive vice president with DAUM Commercial. He holds the record for the company’s largest number of Phoenix transactions, totaling seven sales at $120 million and 33 leases totaling 640,000 square feet. Some of his major clients include ABUS Lock Co., Apex Sales & Marketing, Arizona State University, Chamberlain Enterprises, Greenwood & McKenzie, Griffin, Opportunities, Newport Real Estate Services, RRS & Company, ViaWest Group, Ambitus Partners and BAD Newport.          

Notable closings in the past year include the $16.7-million repositioning of a 110,000-square-foot distribution facility and representing a tenant in closing a 110,000-square-foot lease valued at over $15 million.

Rogers has been recognized company-wide for his achievements. He has qualified frequently for DAUM’s prestigious “President’s Club,” has been honored with DAUM Phoenix’s Most Transactions Award, has been among the top producers for several years and has been named Top 10 of all agents. Rogers co-runs the DAUM “Young Guns” training program for new agents in the company’s ten offices.

Rogers is an active member of ONCOR International and has gained recognition as a valued advisor among various private and institutional owners and corporations.
