Jeffrey Kroeger is the vice president of Colliers’ industrial team. His primary responsibility entails leveraging technology and data to aid clients in reaching their objectives. He joined Colliers as an intern in 2018 while enrolled at the University of Cincinnati.

In 2023, Kroeger and his team sold and leased nearly $50 million of properties, totaling almost 1 million square feet. So far, in 2024, the team facilitated transactions exceeding $73 million in value and totaling over one million square feet. Notable clients include Schneider Electric, Tradelane Properties, Grippos Foods, Panelmatic, Inc., Pure Romance, Stigler Supply, Deer Park Roofing, Scherzinger Pest Control, Outdoor Environments, Stoermer Anderson and SAF Holland.

In 2019, Kroeger was inducted into the UC Center for Professional Selling Hall of Fame. Additionally, Colliers Greater Cincinnati recognized him as a Top Producer. He is engaged in mentoring and guiding his colleagues.

Kroger is involved with NAIOP and the Tri-State Tooling & Manufacturing Association. He generously volunteers his time with the Center for Professional Selling and contributes to fundraising efforts for Smile Train.
