Nick Fiquette is a director with Sansone Group. In this role, he sources new business opportunities. He also represents business owners and C-suite executives in identifying real estate opportunities aligned with their specific geographic, budgetary, size, and time frame requirements.

As a team member, Fiquette completes over 70 lease and sales transactions annually, averaging $75 million in deal volume. Notable deals include securing a 60,000-square-foot lease for ARCO, a 41,000-square-foot lease with Assured Partners, and selling a 43,000-square-foot headquarters building to the Saint Louis City Soccer Team.

He participates in the Sansone Group Executive Committee, contributing to strategic planning and growth initiatives. Fiquette also discusses new service lines with the firm’s principals and spearheads the company’s Safety Plan, with the goal of having 75% of the home office trained and certified in life-saving measures.

Fiquette is a member of ULI’s Young Leaders Group and serves on the young professionals’ board for Ranken Jordan Pediatric Hospital. Recently, he participated in a panel titled “Behind the Trends: The Downtown Perspective from St. Louis’ Next Generation” for ULI.
