Secured a long-term tenant and continues asset management at 955 Estes

As Faropoint’s Director of Asset Management, Ahmed Chapsi oversees all asset management activities in Chicago, Cincinnati and Columbus, OH. He’s handled over 50 acquisitions with a deal volume ranging from just under $2 million to $100 million. One notable achievement was running point on a 6B project at 955 Estes in Chicago. Chapsi secured a long-term tenant and continues to oversee the asset.

Chapsi was Faropoint’s first Midwest hire, coming to the company from his position as a regional property manager for EQT. He recruited and trained several team members while implementing processes for a new Faropoint market. These days, he’s involved at the corporate level with Faropoint and is constantly working to improve our processes and procedures. Chapsi is an active participant in NAIOP and BOMA.

Born in Pakistan, Chapsi split his education between the U.S. and Hong Kong. He earned his undergraduate degree in civil and structural engineering from Hong Kong’s City University, a master’s degree in management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a certificate in applied project management from Northwestern University.

These are just a few reasons we selected Ahmed Chapsi as one of Connect CRE’s Chicago & Midwest 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will strongly influence the commercial real estate industry.
