Spearheaded a $40-million refinance for the 175-unit Treo

Andrew Streit is the finance director at Mavrek, where he oversees all the company’s financial aspects, including deal origination, tax structure and investor relations. Notable accomplishments include closing on $100 million in construction financing for The Saint Grand (Streeterville) and a $40-million refinance deal for the 175-unit Treo in Cleveland, OH.

Before joining Mavrek, Streit worked in Walsh Construction’s finance and Walgreen’s real estate departments. Streit offers expertise and mentors the less experienced, routinely meeting with younger real estate professionals and walking them through his underwriting processes. He supports After School Matters.
