Helps oversee a Chicago CBD portfolio of notable buildings, including 121 W. Wacker

With team, took the CBD portfolio from 0 to 12 million square feet in three years

As a director of agency leasing at Cushman & Wakefield, Paige Krueger utilizes her experience in tenant representation and site selection to provide unique insights on the Chicago office market for clients. Her experience advising tenants in higher education, healthcare, architecture, law and design allows her to bring a comprehensive consulting approach to her clients.

She leads a team that started from scratch, taking the Chicago CBD portfolio from 0 to more than 12 million square feet in less than three years. The portfolio includes 121 W. Wacker,  35 W. Wacker, 225 W. Washington, 448 N. LaSalle and 150 N. Wacker.

Krueger was previously involved with tenant representation at CBRE, where she developed new business and negotiated commercial office leases around downtown Chicago. A few months later, she transitioned to office agency leasing before moving to Cushman & Wakefield.

Having lost her father to Alzheimer’s, Krueger’s passion is serving on the Alzheimer’s Association of Illinois’s Board. She was also a PAWS Chicago Professional Board Member and top fundraiser, running marathons to support PAWS Chicago. Other activities include working with CoreNet Global’s Junior Leader Board and establishing CBRE’s Chicago Rising Professionals Organization’s Mentorship Program.

These are just a few reasons we selected Paige Krueger as one of Connect CRE’s Chicago & Midwest 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will strongly influence the commercial real estate industry.
