Since Clay Anderson and Spencer Hansen joined Berkadia Boise in early 2023, they’ve made a remarkable impact on the area. Anderson (Senior Managing Director of Investment Sales) and Hansen (Director of Investment Sales) closed four transactions last year, totaling $82 million.

Notable transactions of 2023 included the 36-unit Lofts at the Village (Meridian, ID), the 52-unit Chaparral Apartments (Boise, ID) and the 200-unit Mullan Reserve (Missoula, MT).
