The Colliers Atlanta Retail Investment Sales team consists of Joe Montgomery, Henry Kushner and Scott Israel and specializes in multi- and single-tenant retail investment deals across the greater southeastern United States. The team’s reach extends across seven states, encompassing a diverse range of properties, including grocery-anchored and power centers, un-anchored strips, and single-tenant net leased assets.
Despite the challenges posed by a high-interest-rate environment in 2023, the team closed transactions surpassing $140 million in volume, adding to a cumulative career total exceeding $2 billion.
Noteworthy transactions include the sale of Sam’s Crossing, a 66,000-square-foot Publix-anchored center located on E. Ponce de Leon Avenue in Decatur, GA. Additionally, in collaboration with the Colliers Orlando retail investment sale team, the Atlanta team successfully closed Wando Crossing, one of the largest open-air retail centers in the affluent residential community of Mt. Pleasant, SC.
