Davey Friedman was recently appointed as Vice President of West Coast Real Estate and Business Development at Arch Amenities Group, an amenities management and consulting firm.

In this role, Friedman advises office landlords and developers in creating and operating building amenities that attract tenants and workers back to the office. His skills in building high-performance sales organizations from the ground up and driving bottom-line results are supporting Arch’s rapid growth trajectory.

Friedman was previously with WeWork, having been hired as one of that company’s first 100 employees on the West Coast. He built the West Coast team from the ground-up and helped launch new markets in Seattle, Portland, Vancouver, Denver and Los Angeles. At age 27, he was WeWork’s Head of Sales for the Western U.S. and Canada.

After receiving his master’s degree in real estate development and design from the University of California/Berkeley, Friedman joined a family real estate office, There, he led the successful sale/disposition of a $50 million portfolio of industrial and office properties across Canada and the US.
