Helped Dallas team finish among Northmarq's top 10 offices

Lauren Bresky, Managing Director – Debt And Equity, leads the Northmarq Dallas office’s growth, manages lender and client relationships, and facilitates multifamily debt and equity placements.

Bresky joined Northmarq in 2004 as a financial analyst, and was promoted to vice president in 2010, senior vice president in 2018 and managing director in 2022. In the last three years, she has been involved in closing more than $5 billion in debt and equity across all property and transaction types, leveraging Northmarq’s lending network of GSEs, life insurance companies, banks, and debt funds.

Under Bresky’s leadership, the Dallas team finished within the top 10 of Northmarq’s offices nationwide in 2021. Recent highlights include securing debt and equity financing for a 1,012-unit property in Phoenix, the second-largest single asset multifamily sale in Arizona history, and debt and equity financing for a 2000-built, 366-unit, value-add apartment complex located in North Las Vegas

Bresky is on the advisory board of the Folsom Institute for Real Estate at Southern Methodist University, her alma mater. She recently participated as a distinguished panelist on the SMU Cox School of Business Folsom Institute’s Women in Real Estate Forum.
