Newmark’s Erin McClure Completes Over $1B in Transactions During Career
Erin McClure, a managing director in Newmark’s Phoenix office, specializes in tenant representation and corporate advisory services for clients that include financial institutions, REITs, professional services firms and high-growth companies. During her 11 years in the commercial real estate industry, she has completed more than 15 million square feet of lease transactions representing over $1 billion in consideration.
Since joining Newmark in 2017, McClure has advanced from associate to managing director, earning her most recent promotion in 2026. She previously spent three years at CBRE, focusing on tenant representation and corporate services.
In late 2025, she developed a location strategy for a major corporate user that led to the acquisition of an off-market Class A asset valued at $45.77 million.
She participates in NAIOP Developing Leaders and CoreNet and has been named an Emerging Professional by Commercial Executive Magazine.
