Cushman & Wakefield’s Amanda Eastwick Handles 275,000-SF Lease
Amanda Eastwick joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 as a senior associate broker and was promoted to director in 2023. Her approximately 20-year real estate career began in residential land development before moving into industrial build-to-suit projects, corporate real estate advisory and brokerage.
In 2025, Eastwick represented an occupier seeking to lease 275,000 square feet. While preserving the occupier’s longstanding landlord relationship, she negotiated a rental rate more than 8% below the proposed face rate, along with tenant improvement allowances, free rent and additional option rights.
She has served as a mentor through the firm’s Broker EDGE Academy, participates in the company’s Women in Industrial Steering Committee and is exploring ways to use artificial intelligence to improve market research and client service.
Eastwick is the founder of Women in Industrial, Logistics & Development (WILD), a nonprofit professional organization focused on leadership visibility, education and connections across the industrial real estate sector.
She chaired SIOR’s national Member Associate Steering Committee for four years, served three years on her local CCIM chapter board and is on the board of SIOR’s Northern California and Northern Nevada Chapter.
Eastwich was recognized among Cushman & Wakefield’s top-producing brokers.
These are just a few reasons Amanda Eastwick is among the Phoenix & Southwest Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
