Marcus & Millichap’s Candace Bare Builds Market Analysis-Supported Client Advisory Business
Candace Bare, senior director of investments at Marcus & Millichap, specializes in the acquisition and disposition of national net-leased, multi-tenant retail and office properties. Since joining the firm in 2012, she has built a client advisory business supported by market analysis, investment strategy and an understanding of buyer and seller objectives.
Her single-tenant net-lease transactions include properties occupied by Tractor Supply Co. in Lake Havasu City, Arizona; Dutch Bros in Las Vegas; and Clean Freak Car Wash in Surprise, Arizona.
Before entering the industry, Bare’s career was in nightlife management, helping open Studio 54 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas before overseeing other MGM Grand venues. She later helped open Aura in the Bahamas and Drai’s Hollywood at the W Hotel in Los Angeles.
Bare is active with ICSC, CCIM and CREDA, and mentors a junior agent.
Her performance has earned multiple Marcus & Millichap Sales Recognition Awards, induction into the firm’s Sales Recognition Program in 2023, and national recognition as a top producer.
These are just a few reasons Candace Bare is among the Phoenix & Southwest Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
