Laura Schueren Helps Savills Deliver a $145-Million, 447,000-SF Workplace Project

Company:

Savills

As Savills’ managing director of Project Management Services, Laura Schueren is an owner’s representative across the full project lifecycle, from pre-lease diligence and consultant selection through design, construction, relocation and restoration. During her 13-year real estate career, she has overseen more than three million square feet of transactions.

One notable assignment was a $145-million construction and relocation on behalf of Sargent & Lund. Schueren helped coordinate the construction and relocation of approximately 2,000 employees through 15 separate moves over eight months to a 447,000-square-foot, 20-floor Chicago workspace.

She has also managed three consolidation projects totaling 187,000 square feet and valued at $35 million for Vizient.

Schueren has donated her work to fundraisers benefiting Cradles to Crayons and Marwen. She has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Goldie Initiative.

These are just a few reasons Laura Schueren is among the Chicago & Midwest Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
