Andrea Hopper Focuses on Clients’ Immediate Requirements and Long-Term Strategy
At Colliers, Andrea Hopper serves as Executive Vice President of Industrial Advisory Services and a senior member of the Indianapolis Industrial Advisory team. She advises landlords, tenants and developers on industrial real estate assignments locally and across the country, with expertise spanning site selection, development planning and facility design considerations, landlord and tenant representation, project leasing and land transactions.
Hopper has extensive experience assessing and negotiating lease transactions and identifying land sites for future industrial development. Her approach focuses on understanding both a client’s immediate project requirements and long-term growth strategy to develop and execute a real estate plan that addresses both priorities.
Before joining Colliers in 2011, Hopper worked at Prologis, where she co-managed a 55-building industrial portfolio totaling 10.5 million square feet and more than 200 tenants. She was a member of the company’s Million Square Foot Club, a distinction recognizing exceptional leasing performance at a time when reaching the million-square-foot mark was less common.
Since joining Colliers, Hopper has continued to earn recognition for her performance, receiving multiple Colliers Indianapolis Performance Awards. They include Largest Transaction honors in 2022 and 2023 and Most Transactions recognition as part of the Indianapolis Industrial Advisors team in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Most recently, in 2025, Hopper was inducted into the Midwest Real Estate News Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame, an honor recognizing industry veterans who have demonstrated sustained success, leadership, adaptability through changing market conditions, and meaningful contributions to their communities throughout their careers.
These are just a few reasons Andrea Hopper is among the Chicago & Midwest Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
