Kate Coxworth with JLL Closes 10 Million SF of Industrial Deals in Two Years
Kate Coxworth is senior managing director in JLL’s Industrial Services Group, representing owners and users across Chicago’s western suburbs. Over the past 24 months, her team leased more than 10 million square feet of industrial space, sold 1.7 million square feet and closed transactions involving more than 300 acres of land.
Coxworth’s recent assignments include representing the developer of a Montgomery, IL, land acquisition that resulted in a 1.2-million-square-foot build-to-suit facility for RJW. In Naperville, she helped a longtime client expand from a 13,000-square-foot transaction early in her career to a 500,000-square-foot facility in 2025.
She serves on JLL’s Executive Committee and Agency Committee and oversees the firm’s Next Gen group. In 2026, she helped launch Next Gen Leaders in Industrial Real Estate, which now connects more than 40 early-career professionals from 10 major firms.
Coxworth also serves on the board of the Association of Industrial Real Estate. Her honors include NAIOP/CREDA Industrial Transaction of the Year, Greater Chicago Food Depository Broker of the Year and JLL Top Gun recognition.
These are just a few reasons Kate Coxworth is among the Chicago & Midwest Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
