Sheila Alimadadian Closes More Than $315M in Retail Transactions
Sheila Alimadadian, managing director of investments at Marcus & Millichap, has been involved in more than $315 million in transactions. Based in the firm’s Irvine office, she specializes in retail and net-leased investment properties, advising investors, developers, corporations and franchise operators nationwide.
Over the past year, Alimadadian has completed more than $72 million in transactions. Among them was the $24.5-million acquisition of the 11-suite Western Plaza, a neighborhood shopping center in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.
She also represented the owner in the $24-million sale of a vacant former JoAnn Fabrics property in Glendale. She restructured a key tenant’s lease at a $6.2-million multi-tenant retail property in Signal Hill to help improve the property’s sales process.
Alimadadian began her career at Marcus & Millichap in 1999 and returned in 2012 after nearly a decade at NAI Capital. She has advanced through multiple roles, becoming the managing director of investments in June 2026. She ranked No. 6 among Marcus & Millichap’s Orange County offices in 2025 and is a three-time Sales Recognition Award recipient.
These are just a few reasons Sheila Alimadadian is among the California Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
