Jillian Lacey Leads More Than $3.19M in Healthcare Property Improvements
Jillian Lacey, senior property manager at Anchor Health Properties, oversees more than 300,000 square feet of medical outpatient properties across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Illinois. She manages financial and operational performance, budgets, vendors, capital improvements, renovations and tenant needs while overseeing two building engineers, an assistant property manager and another property manager.
Since joining Anchor, Lacey has overseen approximately 28,105 square feet and more than $3.19 million in tenant improvements, as well as a 52,200-square-foot, multi-year landlord buildout spanning multiple suites. She has also guided more than $400,000 in base-building and common-area improvements.
She joined Anchor as a property manager nearly five years ago and was promoted to senior property manager. Lacey mentors junior team members and assistant property managers, serves on Anchor’s budget committee and supports initiatives to improve consistency across markets. She also volunteers with schools and youth sports programs in her New Hampshire community.
These are just a few reasons Jillian Lacey is among the Boston & New England Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
