Marcus & Millichap’s Michael Tuccillo has spent the past decade building a focused investment sales practice across Long Island and Queens. His work spans retail, multifamily, mixed-use and net-leased assets. In 2025, the Tuccillo Group closed 22 transactions totaling more than $223 million.
He led the sale of Jackson Terrace Apartments, a six-story, 420-unit community in Hempstead, positioning the property in one of Long Island’s most competitive affordable housing markets. The transaction advanced a substantial renovation and modernization program, preserving long-term rental supply while reinforcing investor demand for stabilized workforce housing in supply-constrained submarkets.
