Scott Gottlieb with CBRE represents world-class tenants including Macy’s, Major League Baseball, Universal Music Group Inc. and Bloomingdale’s, Inc. and is an active landlord representative for 280 Park Avenue, 590 Madison Avenue, 40 West 57th Street, 888 Seventh Avenue, 9 West 57th Street, 650 Madison Avenue, 150 East 42nd Street and 550 Madison Avenue, among other top buildings.
In 2025, he handled 58 lease transactions totaling 2.3 million square feet.
Gottlieb represented Universal Music Group in a 330,000-square-foot corporate headquarters relocation to Penn 2 in NYC. He worked with the United Nations Development Corporation to expand and consolidate the organization’s footprint, securing leases totaling 788,000 square feet in One and Two United Nations Plaza.
He also represented Invesco, Inc. in a 204,000-square-foot lease extension at 225 Liberty Street, Brookfield Place, New York City.
