The Cafiero Team of Marcus & Millichap includes Alan Cafiero, David Cafiero, Brent Hyldahl, Mark Gjonbalaj, Devin Perez, Seth Goldberg, John Moroz, Dean Matuszewicz and Damien Rance. In 2025, the team completed 77 transactions totaling $259 million across New Jersey’s most closely watched investment corridors.
In Parsippany, NJ, the team closed the $18.5-million sale of Baldwin Shopping Center through a 1031 exchange. The team also arranged the $11.4-million sale of Village Square Plaza in Lawrenceville, a 97% occupied neighborhood center with income diversified across 15 service, medical, and financial tenants and no large-format vacancy exposure.
