JLL’s Sky Groden Closes 83 Industrial Transactions Across South Florida

As Vice Chairman and National Director at JLL, Sky Groden represents tenants and landlords in high-profile transactions. In 2025, he closed 83 deals that totaled more than 5 million square feet and valued at $308 million.
He represented Bridge Industrial in numerous transactions, including the lease-up of the 171,983-square-foot Bridge Point Port Everglades in Dania Beach. He spearheaded deals that underscored the strategic importance of the Port Everglades corridor.
Groden also handled a 600,000-square-foot lease in Miami-Dade County for an e-commerce company, a 180,000-square-foot lease in Miami on behalf of the United States Postal Service and a 100,000-square-foot expansion in Jupiter for a pet nutrition manufacturer.
