Miami, FL’s Fausto Commercial handles the sales and leasing of commercial properties throughout South Florida. Led by Carlos Fausto Miranda, the team spearheaded 16 deals totaling $450 million in 2025.
Notable highlights include the $18-million sale of 1.2 acres in Coral Gables, slated for the 161-unit Aurelian mixed-use development; and the $15-million sale of a 43-unit asset and $8.9-million transaction involving a 42-unit property, both in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood. Additional projects included the $13.4-million disposition of an assisted living facility in Haines City.
