JBM Institutional Multifamily Advisors is a six-person company specializing in new merchant developments, BTR, and active adult transactions across southwest Florida. The team includes Jamie May, Eddie Yang, Chad Walthall, Jordan Kidder, Hope Stephens and Sofia Bressani.
The team handled 7 transactions in 2025, totaling $472 million in deal volume.
Notable deals included the sales of the 264-unit Centro, 200-unit Coastal Village (a student housing property) and the 280-unit Estero Oaks in Lee County. The team also handled the sale of the 172-unit Collective at Archer, a BTR community in Gainesville. The deal represented the highest-per-unit, market-rate, institutional transaction in Gainesville in 2025.
