Notable 2025 transactions included handling the $740-million sale of Aimco’s 2,719-unit multifamily portfolio, the $53.6-million sale of the 127-unit, mixed-use 929 MASS (Cambridge, MA), the $129.5-million sale of the 272-unit Hanover Hyannis (Cape Cod) and the sale of the 370-unit Alta on the Row (Worcester, MA) for $157 million.
Through its efforts last year, the team established new pricing and scale benchmarks and introduced core institutional capital into historically untapped submarkets. It reinforced long-term investor confidence in both urban and suburban multifamily product.
