Executive Vice Presidents Robert Horvath, Todd Tremblay and Matt Nadler specialize selling single-tenant net lease and multi-tenant retail properties on a national level on behalf of Boston-based Horvath & Tremblay. During 2025, the team closed 173 transactions with an aggregate value of $583 million.
The team successfully structured sale-leaseback programs, portfolio dispositions and 1031 exchanges. They have a dedicated buy-side desk that provides real-time inventory and market data to each client placing capital or fulfilling a 1031 exchange requirement.
