Barry Hynes joined JLL in 2020 as Managing Director with the Downtown Boston leasing team. He advises corporate, non-profit and institutional organizations with their real estate.
During 2025, he handled 20 transactions totaling 250,000 square feet. Notable highlights included Schneider Electric’s representation in its 75,000-square-foot North American headquarters lease at 115 Federal Street.
He also advised Troutman Pepper Locke on its 57,000-square-foot 10-year lease extension at 111 Huntington Avenue, and Davis Malm & D’Agostine on its 22,000-square-foot lease at 255 State Street.
