JLL’s Snell Specializes in Retail Sales Across South Central Texas
Whitney Snell is a Director at JLL Capital Markets. She is based in San Antonio and specializes in retail investment sales, advising property owners on the acquisition, disposition, and optimization of retail real estate assets throughout South Central Texas. She sources and underwrites investment opportunities, conducts detailed market and financial analysis, and positions assets for sale to maximize investor returns.
Her notable San Antonio sales deals include the 635,000-square-foot Park North, the 85,000-square-foot Marketplace at Encino Park, and the 350,000-square-foot Legacy Shopping Center.
Snell helps mentor summer interns who come through the JLL office. She serves on the ULI San Antonio’s Young Leaders Committee and the organization’s national Young Leaders Subcommittee. She has also been involved with ULI’s National Commercial & Retail Product Council. Outside of the industry, she actively volunteers at San Antonio’s Community Bible Church.
Snell received Bisnow’s Rising Star award.
These are just a few reasons we chose Whitney Snell as one of Connect CRE’s Texas Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
