Buckhoff Handles Industrial Leasing and Site Selection Services on Behalf of Oxford Properties
Nathan Buckhoff is Vice President at Oxford Partners. He works primarily on industrial tenant representation, advising clients in distribution, manufacturing, and supply chain logistics on lease negotiations and site selection.
Buckhoff manages his own deal pipeline with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with colleagues across the firm. In addition to client-facing work, he mentors junior agents, sharing practical transactional knowledge and helping newer advisors develop their skills.
His most notable transaction to date involved closing a $4.5-million deal for a long-term client and securing one of only three car wash permits in The Woodlands, TX. a municipality with strict development limitations.
Buckhoff contributes to the firm’s content and thought leadership efforts, including a featured video on the Houston industrial market, produced alongside colleague Matt Rogers, and another on subleasing strategies, produced alongside colleague DJ Hale.
He is currently pursuing SIOR member associate status and the CCIM designation.
These are just a few reasons we chose Nathan Buckhoff as one of Connect CRE’s Texas Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
