Tikhomirov with DLA Advises on Major Healthcare, Industrial CRE Transactions

Company:

DLA Piper

Anton Tikhomirov is an associate in DLA Piper’s Boston real estate practice. He advises institutional investors, developers and operators on complex commercial real estate transactions.

His responsibilities include managing transaction workflows, coordinating internal and external teams, drafting and negotiating primary transaction documents, and addressing corporate structuring and execution issues.

Tikhomirov’s notable deals include advising Beth Israel/Lahey Health on a collaboration to develop a new 13-story inpatient cancer hospital in Boston’s Longwood Medical Area, serving on the transactions team for a major data developer on fast-paced acquisitions across the U.S. and representing AEW Capital Management in a $180-million refinancing secured by a 10-asset industrial portfolio in greater Michigan.

A first-generation law school graduate and immigrant, Tikhomirov leverages his language skills to support an active pro bono practice, including immigration matters, and to advise local businesses and non-profit organizations on real estate issues.

He is actively involved in mentoring junior associates and summer associates, participates in the firm’s recruiting and hiring efforts and is engaged in his local community. He is on his town’s Finance Committee and recently completed a term on the Zoning Board of Appeals.

These are just a few reasons we chose Anton Tikhomirov as one of Connect CRE’s Boston & New England Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
