Evans Helps Drive Major Office, Life Sciences Deals at Colliers
Caroline Evans is a Senior Advisor on Colliers’ Mass Pike/Central 128 team, where she represents both tenant and landlord clients.
She played a key role in Whole Foods’ corporate relocation to an 18,000 square-foot office in Waltham, MA. She also managed over 28 transactions totaling 411,000 square feet on behalf of CSC Serviceworks.
Additionally, Evans assisted Alsym Energy with its expansion to a 60,000-square-foot flex facility in Malden. MA and works with Beth Israel Lahey Health’s portfolio of 14 hospital locations totaling over 20 million square feet.
At Colliers, Evans participates in the national Women’s Network and Boston-based Coffee & Conversations. She is a respected mentor and trusted advisor, supporting and guiding many female brokers. She has also trained numerous Client Service Coordinators, strengthening team performance.
Evans is engaged in the industry through organizations such as CREW Boston, the Business Associates Club, and the CoreNet NE Chapter. In the community, Evans helps children with learning disabilities at the Walker School and supports the many “Heading Home” move-up and out volunteer days.
These are just a few reasons we chose Caroline Evans as one of Connect CRE’s Boston & New England Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
