Horvath&Tremblay’s Smith Builds National Track Record in Net Lease Investment Activity
As a First Vice President in the firm’s 1031 Exchange Division, Zack Smith helps buyers place 1031 exchange capital into net leased assets across the country. In his career with Horvath & Tremblay, he has placed over $250 million in capital across 29 states.
Additionally, Smith mentors the company’s junior agents and is active in fundraising and other events to support the MMTrant Foundation, a charity that helps future nurses.
The New England Real Estate Journal recognized him as a Rising Star in its One to Watch series.
These are just a few reasons we chose Zack Smith as one of Connect CRE’s Boston & New England Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
