Victor Nolletti, Executive Managing Director within Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), is a recognized leader in institutional multifamily property sales across the Northeast. Alongside Eric Pentore, Senior Vice President, they have built long-term relationships with many of the nation’s most active multifamily operators.
In 2024, Nolletti, Pentore and the IPA team closed 21 transactions totaling more than $324 million. Notable deals include the $37.4-million sale of Element 250, a 214-unit midrise in Hartford, CT; the $40-million sale of Huntington Townhomes, a 99-unit multifamily asset in Shelton, CT; and the $39.4-million sale of Beacon Mill Village, a 185-unit multifamily community in Beacon Falls, CT.
