Butler sold 4,784 multifamily units in 2024. He also spearheaded the largest multifamily sale in Massachusetts, the 696-unit Gardencrest Apartments in Waltham, MA.
Other notable transactions included the Residencies at Stevens Pond (Saugus, MA), Baker chocolate Factory (Boston, MA) and the Residencies at Crosspoint (Lowell, MA).
