As the Griffith Pepdjonovic Group, they provide strategic advisory services, including 1031 exchanges, to help clients maximize their investments.
In 2024, the duo completed 36 transactions totaling more than $163 million. Notable deals include the $16.5 million sale of Rose Garden Apartments, a 72-unit complex in Framingham, MA, and the $15.25 million sale of Curtis Arms Apartments, a 44-unit multifamily property in Newton, MA.
