Erin French
Manages a 55 million-square-foot portfolio across 800 asssets in six states
Responsible for 250 Kidder Mathews' Asset Services employess
Erin French is president of Kidder Mathews Asset Services. Under her leadership, Asset Services manages a portfolio of over 55 million square feet across 800 assets in six states, serving over 260 clients. She is responsible for over 250 Asset Services employees in Kidder Mathews’ 19 regional offices.
French also serves on Kidder Matthes’ executive management team.
During her 25-year tenure with Kidder Mathews, French has helped secure many high-profile assignments. Most recently, those achievements include 1 million square feet at 555 Tower in Bellevue, WA and 651,000 square feet with Lift Real Estate Partners in Northern California — expanding Kidder Mathews’ portfolio with Lift to 1.2 million square feet. French also played a key role in Kidder Mathews’ recent restructuring of its Asset Services division.
French is deeply committed to developing talent within Kidder Mathews and the broader commercial real estate community. She actively mentors emerging leaders, particularly women, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
As an active member of the Washington Chapter of NAIOP, French volunteers in the organization’s fall community enhancement project; in 2023, she and her team made a significant impact by helping clean up the YMCA at Camp Kilworth in Federal Way. She also encourages her employees to volunteer, often leading by example in organized “build days” for Habitat for Humanity with Kidder Mathews.
French received Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. More recently, French and her management team at Starbucks’ Seattle headquarters earned the BOMA 2024 Pacific Northwest Regional TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) award.
