Chris Battles serves as Managing Director and Market Leader of Asset Services for Cushman & Wakefield in the Pacific Northwest Region, including the Portland and Seattle MSA areas and the states of Oregon and Washington. She has grown the C&W Asset Services Seattle portfolio exponentially in the last four years, increasing the portfolio size from 600,000 square feet to 17 million square feet, increasing revenue by 1,133% and expanding the employee base from one to 23.

Significant projects include managing the one-million-square-foot Mapletree (the company’s first large client in Seattle) and the 636,000-square-foot Deka, also in Seattle.

Battles is involved with Cushman & Wakefield’s Women’s Integrated Network (WIN) and Parents and Care Givers Together (PACT) Employee Resource Groups. She is an active member of BOMA’s Oregon and Washington chapters and regularly mentors others in the industry.
