Alisa Pyszka was named Executive Director, Center for Real Estate at Portland State University in May 2024. She is also president and founder of Bridge Economic Development, which provides strategies and analyses involving the benefits of economic incentives and real estate projects.

Pyszka is a LEED AP Certified consultant who is well-versed in creating economic development plans focused on sustainability and resilience to address climate change. Her goals for the PSU Center for Real Estate include growing enrollment through strategic marketing efforts and building networks between students and real estate professionals.

She is a member of CREW Portland and served as its president. Her other volunteer activities include being a juror for PSU’s Placemaking Competition, a City Center Redevelopment Authority board member, steering committee member with Metro’s Transit-Oriented Development Program and co-chair of Metro’s Equitable Housing Grant Committee.

The Portland Business Journal named Pyszka a Woman of Influence, and she was named a Woman of Vision by the Daily Journal of Commerce (Oregon).

These are just a few reasons Alisa Pyszka is among the winners of the Seattle & Northwest Connect CRE 2024 Women in Real Estate Award.
