Kerry Hawkins is the Vice President, Senior Director of Asset Management for Hobbs Brook Real Estate, where she leads the development and implementation of investment strategies for the portfolio. Hawkins is responsible for crafting and executing growth strategies and optimizing the portfolio of the firm’s nearly five million square feet of first-class office, life science, medical office, and hospitality assets.           

Recent leases include Commonwealth Financial Network (151,000 square feet) and Zoom Info (101,000 square feet). In 2024, Hawkins has been overseeing the full repositioning of 404 Wyman Street, a 380,000-square-foot suburban office building.

Hawkins served as the President of CREW Boston. She has also been a course instructor with NAIOP Massachusetts and is on NAIOP’s national board of directors and the Waltham Chamber of Commerce board. Other community endeavors include being treasurer on the Good Shepherd School board, providing translation services for Harvest on the Vine clients, serving as a board member with the Charlestown Youth Soccer Association and coaching youth soccer, basketball and lacrosse.

Hawkins has earned several industry accolades throughout her career, including the CREW Networking Award and Professional Service Award, HFF’s Rookie of the Year, Banker and Tradesman’s Woman of FIRE (Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate), NAIOP’s National Developing Leader Award, Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and Boston’s SF Woman of the Year.
