Michael Roden joined CBRE in 2004 and specializes in selling and leasing commercial and industrial properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region, primarily focused on the Baltimore-Washington DC Corridor. In 2023, he handled 100 lease transactions totaling 5.5 million square feet and seven sales.

He has worked with numerous high-profile clients, including 4Wall and Intralox. In 2023, he was promoted to executive vice president, consistently making the top 20% of CBRE brokers nationally.
