Notable highlights included brokering the 177,906-square-foot 1250 Eye Street sale in downtown Washington, DC, which was 83% occupied. The duo also handled the sale of 2100 M Street, a currently vacant eight-story, 301,347-square-foot office building near Washington, DC’s Dupont Circle.
