Handled the sale of retail centers totaling 1.1 million square feet

Based in Washington, DC, Mat Adler leads Newmark’s retail capital markets platform for the Mid-Atlantic region. Despite a year of market volatility, he exceeded $100 million in sales, closing some of Maryland’s larger transactions.

Notable deals included representing institutional owners in the sale of Waldorf Marketplace and Reisterstown Road Plaza, totaling more than 1.1 million square feet with a gross value of $104 million.
