He represented a developer in the successful acquisition of an entire city block in Hialeah, FL, managing the complexities of negotiating 22 separate transactions, conducting due diligence, ensuring zoning compliance and establishing financing structures.

He is a recognized expert and source and regularly appears in articles and on panels. Jaramillo is a member of the Florida Bar and the organization’s Real Property & Law Section and Leasing Committee. He is also a member of the Attorneys’ Real Estate Council of Miami-Dade.

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation named him to its 40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers list.
