Liam Krahe is the managing partner of Cohen Property Law Group, PLLC. He represents commercial landlords and tenants in preparing, negotiating, and working out office and retail leases. He also structures and prepares joint ventures and syndications, which include advising on choice of entity and jurisdiction, developing offering terms, and preparing disclosure and investment documents.

Under Krahe’s leadership, the CPLG team established a commanding national presence with offices in Miami, Beverly Hills, Philadelphia, Dallas and Seattle.

In 2024, Krahe successfully managed over $1.5 billion in transactional value. One notable deal involved acting as the lead purchaser’s counsel for a Houston-based private equity firm, facilitating the formation of a fund to acquire more than 20 medical office buildings nationwide. In another transaction, Krahe represented the owner of a newly constructed mixed-use project, negotiating leases for over 160,000 square feet of retail space.

Additionally, Krahe guided a Washington-based qualified opportunity zone fund through its formation and drafting security offering documents while serving as lead purchaser’s counsel for the fund’s acquisition of multiple assets in Texas and Florida, with a combined land value exceeding $200 million.

This is why Liam Krahe received Connect CRE’s 2024 Florida & Gulf Coast Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
