Obtained a favorable settlement for Medline Industries in a construction default suit
As a partner with Bilzin Sumberg’s Construction Law and Litigation Group, Kelly Melchiondo’s practice focuses on complex litigation, in both jury and non-jury trials, of claims involving construction and design defects, construction contract claims, and product liability at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts. Notable activities include representing EPIC Hotel in a construction defect case that resulted in a favorable settlement. She also worked with a components manufacturer of CPVC fire sprinkler piping and obtained a favorable settlement for Medline Industries Inc. in a construction default suit related to its 830,000-square-foot products distribution facility.
