Youngest recipient of CoreNet's Master of Corporate Real Estate
Colliers Executive Vice President Robyn Hurrell has multifaceted background, which includes roles as a financial analyst and a marketing coordinator. She is a Vaught | Hurrell Industrial Team co-leader, which she launched in 2016 with Colliers Executive Vice President Ryan Vaught. Hurrell played a leading role in building the team into 12 members.
Under Hurrell’s leadership, the group increased its representation in Central Florida’s lease market from 6 million square feet to more than 14 million square feet in less than five years. Her mastery of the industrial sector equips Hurrell to provide comprehensive insights into market dynamics, empowering her clients to make well-informed decisions and navigate their businesses toward success.
Hurrell is the youngest recipient of the Master of Corporate Real Estate within CoreNet and is a frequent CoStar Power Broker. She has been included in the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 40 under 40 list and received Connect CRE’s Next Generation Award. Hurrell has also been named as one of the Top 10 Brokerage Performers in Central Florida. Hurrell was recently inducted into Colliers Logistics & Transportation Group.
These are just a few reasons we chose Robyn Hurrell as one of the Florida-Gulf Coast Connect CRE’s 2023 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and play key mentorship roles for others.
