Tanesha Thompson
Sold more than $20 million in real estate during the past five years
Works to provide affordable housing and corporate spaces in Charlotte
Tanesha Thompson has dedicated herself to the real estate industry and the financial education of middle-class families and single mothers. Spending the first seven years of motherhood as a single mother, she drew inspiration from her grandmothers to earn a bachelor’s degree in business and to launch Synergy Properties. Thompson sold more than $20 million in real estate over the past five years, helping individuals, investors and families.
Thompson is a member of CREW and recently earned her Real Estate Development Certificate from Cornell University. Through CREW and her development company, Thompson plans to provide much-needed affordable housing and corporate spaces for residents throughout the Charlotte area. One of her development projects is transitional housing for homeless women and children.
She is the recipient of Career Mastered’s Emerging Leadership Award and Mecklenburg Times’ 50 Women of Influence honoree.
