Lauren Ball was promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Westwood Financial in 2023.
In this role, Ball oversees a team of 35 top leasing, construction, legal, marketing and property management professionals. Highlights within the past year included an increase from 70% to 93% occupancy at Main Street at Town Center (Kennesaw, GA) in less than 100 days) and bringing The Village at Peachtree Corners to 100% occupancy.
Ball was previously the firm’s first Senior Vice President and Head of Leasing. Since joining Westwood in 2021, she has led the leasing team to the highest percentage of leased space in the company’s history. Ball’s career spans over 18 years and $865 million in transactions throughout the United States.
She has served on ICSC’s Board (including leading the Next Generation Program) and was a member of the Atlanta mayor’s Buckhead Coalition. Her civic involvements include participation in Habitat for Humanity, the Atlanta Food Bank and the Atlanta Chapter of The Boys & Girls Club of America.
