Brokered sale of 10-portfolio San Antonio property for $568.5 million

As executive managing director of Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors’ team in Texas, Will Balthrope led his team in closing more than $6.6 billion in sales during 2021. Properties traded included large, individual asset sales in every Texas metro, as well as large portfolio sales closing in multiple Texas markets.

One deal involved a 10-property portfolio, consisting of 2,290 units throughout San Antonio, which sold for $568.5 million.

Will is ranked as one of the top producers of Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors.
